Tyler Tuck

Tyler has spent his whole life being active in sports and exercising in the gym and has turned his passion for activity into a career. Starting all the way back at 8 years old playing basketball and tennis at a high level and is currently a competitive powerlifter in the USPA. He has a background and certification in Strength and Conditioning as well as Corrective Exercise from the ISSA and loves helping people reach their health and fitness goals using his knowledge of weight training, injury prevention, and injury correction. Tyler started his career as a strength coach 6 years ago at a local commercial gym and believed he could make a bigger difference in the lives of others on his own in a private gym with less restrictions on what equipment and methods he could use to help people.

Breanna Schwinge

Breanna is a passionate coach who cares about your success in the gym. Through her Personal Trainer certification with ACE and Bachelors Degree Health and Wellness, she has spent the last two years helping people achieve the results they always wanted and more! Bre is comfortable working with people of all ages, working with clients over 70 years old as well as 20-year-old athletes. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease 6 years ago she needed to take her health more seriously and after losing over 80lbs and getting stronger and more fit she realized her passion for helping people lose weight and be healthy. She is also a competitive powerlifter with the USPA and loves adventuring outdoors especially in the snow.

Jordan Lyles

Jordan has spent his entire life playing sports such as football, basketball and baseball. Started working out at the gym at the age of 13 of where he started to develop a passion of going to the gym regularly and lifting really heavy weights. After he broke his high school records in the weight room, he decided to take his talents and compete in his first powerlifting meet of where he set state records in the squat bench and deadlift at the junior mens 20-23 308 class with 650 squat 424 bench, and 661 deadlift. And in his second meet, he won best lifter overall and broke the state record with a 705 squat at the shw+ weight class. Jordan is a certified personal trainer by ISSA and USPA certified strength coach. He is the biggest hype man you will ever meet, and when he sees his clients suceed he will be your biggest fan whether it be weight loss or weight gain.

Kaci Hoth

Kaci is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, who also holds her specializations in nutrition and corrective exercise. She is passionate about helping clients develop healthy mindsets and healthy habits, while reaching their health and fitness goals. She recognizes that a lot of people have baggage or hurts from the fitness industry, their own health choices, and the overwhelming amount of mixed information surrounding health & fitness. One of her goals is to help you leave those in the past and in turn find an enjoyable, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle that will help you become the best version of yourself.
