Jordan Lyles
Jordan has spent his entire life playing sports such as football, basketball and baseball. Started working out at the gym at the age of 13 of where he started to develop a passion of going to the gym regularly and lifting really heavy weights. After he broke his high school records in the weight room, he decided to take his talents and compete in his first powerlifting meet of where he set state records in the squat bench and deadlift at the junior mens 20-23 308 class with 650 squat 424 bench, and 661 deadlift. And in his second meet, he won best lifter overall and broke the state record with a 705 squat at the shw+ weight class. Jordan is a certified personal trainer by ISSA and USPA certified strength coach. He is the biggest hype man you will ever meet, and when he sees his clients suceed he will be your biggest fan whether it be weight loss or weight gain.

Kaci Hoth
Kaci is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, who also holds her specializations in nutrition and corrective exercise. She is passionate about helping clients develop healthy mindsets and healthy habits, while reaching their health and fitness goals. She recognizes that a lot of people have baggage or hurts from the fitness industry, their own health choices, and the overwhelming amount of mixed information surrounding health & fitness. One of her goals is to help you leave those in the past and in turn find an enjoyable, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle that will help you become the best version of yourself. Kaci is comfortable working with people of all ages and backgrounds. She especially loves to train and empower women - to help them find their strength, confidence, and worth.
